Email Troubleshooting

Make sure your user name and password is all lowercase.
Make sure you have created the email address in your control panel.
Change the user name to the full email address. Example: username@domainname.com

Change your incoming and outgoing mail servers from mail.yourdomain.com to the ip address listed in your welcome email.

Creating Email Accounts

To create an email account login to your control panel and click add/remove email account’s. *NOTE: By default you have no email address setup. The main username may look like it’s a setup email, but if you wish to use it you will need to add it as an email account.

General Account Setup

It generally takes between 12 to 48 hours for your DNS to Propagate and point to your domain name. During this time you can still view and edit your website. Click on “FAQ” or “Account Setup” under Categories and there are some tutorials on how to do this.

Uploading Site Before DNS Propagates

Yes. Use your IP address found in your welcome email as your "host name" and then your user/password. After your DNS propagates you will want to change the host name to ftp.yoursitesdomainhere.com

View Site Before DNS Propagates

Yes. In your welcome email there should be an IP address To see your website you use your ip address followed by your username like this: http://IP.Address/~username Pleae email us for additional support.
